San Diego Roadtrip

Hi lovebugs,

It's pretty hard to find the time to blog these days. I'm almost never at home and my laptop already told me he feels neglected ;)

A friend and I did a little roadtrip to San Diego from Thursday to Sunday. It was AWESOME! We went out for clubbing every night (Ivy, Stingaree,Fluux) and it was so much fun. the rooftops of the clubs are amazing. San Diego nightlife is great and I wish I could have stayed longer. We also visited Coronado and Mission Bay. Such beautiful places. I'm so lucky to be here in Califonia and it's hard to believe that this is my new home until December. 

I would love to visit Las Vegas, Laguna Beach, Malibu, Santa Barbara and San Francisco.. Do you guys know some good restaurants, clubs, hotels (Las Vegas) and beaches?

Coachella Style

It's a shame that I can't attend the Coachella festival. At least I'm in California. I'm a huge fan of the blog entries of my favorite bloggers during/after the Coachella. I love the "californian style" and these snapshots are such an inspiration...

First Days In California

Hi lovies

I'm arrived in California 8 days ago. There was a lot of rain at the beginning but now the weather is pretty good. I'm staying in a hostfamily in Redondo Beach for about 6 month. I really like them so far and my room is ok. It just takes me about 15 minutes (by feet) to the beach, that's amazing! On Tuesday I was at the Lakers game in the Staples Center. It was awesome!

Actually, I'm already in love with California and I'd like to visit as many places as possible in this 9 month I'll be here. Any suggestion for places (beaches, restaurants ect.) I should visit?

Getting really excited..

Hi lovies,

I'm really sorry that I didn't post that often lately. But as I already told you a few times, I'll be traveling to California in April. I've already done so many things and I'm really not sure I have everything together that I'll need. Guys, I've never filled in so many forms like these days! There are insurance policies, immigrating regulations, forms for my organization... It's pretty exhausting. But I'm very very happy and pretty nervous! It's already end of March and now I just realize, that I'm going to leave my family, actually my home for nine month! I've never been away for such a long time. But I'm looking forward to California, because I'm waiting for about four years to finally (at least for a short time) live where I always wanted to. California is my biggest dream and now it becomes reality! huge YAY for that =)

Well, there's just one problem left.....what the heck am I packing in my suitcase???!!  Any advices and tips?

I recently find myself rummage in Vicky Heiler's posts about California and dreaming of it.

I'm acutally dreaming right now....
